The breakfast was generous and varied with sweet treats. the location was marvelous and unbeatable, near the main square, Art Museum, church, and the viaduct. Close to the Hungry Tree, only 5 km away.

well furnished rooms with great beds and wake-up service. astonishing view and a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet in the bathroom. location just off located on piazza collicola, which was one of the centres of the festival, and upper town/piazza del mercato.

Everything was really good. Friendly & helpful staffs. My room was a single but it had a double bed. Wifi worked in lobby only. Everything was very clean.

The hotel was in a perfect position adjacent to the interesting centre, all the important sights and the historic town center. The view from guest room was panoramic. I spent 1 night and would like to come again.

The stay here was great on a Friday night. the location was brilliant and good, just next door to the festival. the square out front was noisier and smokier than ever, the center of Spoleto. the Museum of Modern Art was one of the centers of the festival.
